An opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to join a leading national Catastrophic and Complex Injury team. The team handles some of the most severe and complex claims, including traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and high-value fatal accident cases, for insurer and corporate clients.

The role offers the chance to work alongside recognised experts, assisting senior fee earners and partners on complex, higher-value and multi-million-pound claims. You will devise and implement clear case strategies, balancing client and commercial interests, while operating effectively within agreed service levels and financial targets.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Previous experience of, or a keen interest in, Personal Injury, EL/PL or Catastrophic and Complex Injury claims
Strong relevant legal knowledge and confident negotiation skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to apply it to legal issues
Excellent client handling skills and a team-oriented, collegiate approach
