Join a national criminal defence team specialising in representation for drivers facing serious and fatal road-traffic offences. The role involves managing a mixed caseload across summary, either-way and indictable matters, providing advice at inquests and representing clients at police interviews and court.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing evidence, drafting witness statements, briefing counsel, reporting to insurer clients, and managing the financial and administrative aspects of your caseload in line with firm protocols and client KPIs.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer with police-station accreditation.
Minimum c.3 years' criminal litigation experience.
Experience representing drivers in motoring matters preferred; personal-injury experience desirable but not essential.
Strong advocacy, interview and written skills; ability to handle sensitive/fatal-collision matters.
Comfortable working to productivity and fee-income targets and client KPIs.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel and work occasional out-of-hours (e.g. police interviews).
