Solicitor / CILEX Lawyer — Property Recoveries, London

Senior-junior level solicitor or CILEX lawyer role within a specialist property recoveries team focused on insurance claimants. The role is claimant-side and involves handling property damage recoveries arising from fire, flood, impact and escape of water.

You'll manage your own caseload from investigation and letter of claim through disclosure, settlement negotiation and, where necessary, trial. The team offers structured support, opportunities for client-facing work and career progression in an expanding practice.

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, or substantial pre-qualification experience; 0–4 years PQE.
• Interest in insurance property damage work and basic contract/tort principles.
• Experience or aptitude for investigations, drafting claims, taking witness statements and progressing files through to settlement or trial.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness; resilient, client-focused and able to manage chargeable time targets.
