Qualified solicitor with solid commercial law experience; interest or experience in health/public sector contracting and procurement
Proven ability drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
Commercial, risk-focused advisory approach and strong client-facing skills
Good project management and matter financial management; able to handle own tasks with appropriate supervision
Strong communication and team-working skills, with willingness to support business development activities
