A Perth-based Mergers & Acquisitions team is recruiting a Solicitor with 2–3 years' PQE. The role offers substantive, hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of M&A (private and public), corporate advisory, private capital and equity capital markets, with assignments spanning energy & resources, agribusiness and technology.

You will work in a collaborative team with close supervision and opportunities to develop technical skills, take increasing responsibility on transactions and liaise with corporate teams across other Australian offices.

2–3 years' PQE within private practice corporate/M&A teams
Demonstrable experience working on and executing corporate transactions
Strong drafting skills for transaction and public disclosure documents
Excellent analytical, communication and legal research skills
Commercial curiosity and sector awareness (energy & resources, agribusiness, technology advantageous)
Client service focus and interest in developing client relationships
Team-oriented approach and willingness to participate in business development activities
Openness to adopt new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools
