Join a well-regarded Health, Care & Public Law team to work primarily on Court of Protection and mental health matters. The role sits within the regulatory arm of the practice and offers exposure to regulatory and advisory work for clients across the health and social care sector.

You will work alongside senior solicitors on a varied caseload, acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders including courts, clinicians and NHS bodies. The role offers strong training, client-facing responsibility and opportunities to support sector-focused events and business development.

  • Qualified Solicitor (Newly Qualified to c.2 years PQE)
  • Prior experience or demonstrable interest in Court of Protection and/or Mental Health law (essential)
  • Experience from training seats or paralegal work in CoP/MH desirable; advocacy experience beneficial
  • Strong client-handling and communication skills; comfortable engaging with NHS stakeholders and clinicians
  • Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach; collaborative team player
