• Australian or New Zealand practising certificate
• 2 9 95 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a top-tier, national or international law firm or in-house team
• Proven experience in commercial litigation, class actions and/or product liability matters
• Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills, a practical solutions-focused approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities
