Solicitor Medical Negligence, Birmingham

Join a national healthcare litigation team based in Birmingham handling claimant-side clinical negligence matters. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated files across a broad range of clinical areas including obstetrics, neonatal, anaesthetics, surgical and psychiatric claims.

• 1-4 years PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant side)
• Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
• Experience supporting senior fee-earners on high-value, complex claims
• Strong client-facing skills, ability to take instructions and provide clear, empathetic advice
