Solicitor — Motor / Credit Hire (Liverpool)

Join a busy motor defence team handling a high-volume and technically demanding credit hire caseload. The team provides full defendant litigation services across fast-track and multi-track matters, including credit hire, indemnity issues and representation at inquests and related proceedings.

This role is open to Newly Qualified solicitors up to c.4 years' PQE. You will manage your own caseload with supervision, progress matters from initial review to conclusion, and work to client SLAs and internal procedures within a supportive, high-performing team.

• 0–4 years' PQE (Newly Qualified to c.4 years)
• Experience of litigated motor work, ideally on the defendant side
• Practical exposure to credit hire matters
• Good working knowledge of the CPR and ability to manage deadlines and targets
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
