A solicitor-level role within a national defendant litigation team focusing on motor injury, credit hire and damage work. You will run and assist on a varied caseload of pre‑litigation and litigated matters, including matters where liability is disputed, and will attend court and instruct counsel as needed.

The team advises insurers and corporate defendants across a range of claimant types and severities and is increasingly involved in pre‑emptive advice and dispute resolution. This role offers the chance to develop technical expertise, contribute to business development activity and work to clear performance and quality metrics.

Qualified solicitor with interest and preferably experience in motor injury, credit hire and damage claims
Commercial approach to legal issues with strong client service focus
Confident verbal and written communicator
Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise and manage a personal caseload
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible and self‑motivated
