Join a busy Bristol real estate litigation team primarily focused on telecoms-related matters. The role offers exposure to national projects and collaboration with real estate colleagues across multiple offices.

The team covers contentious and transactional commercial real estate work including telecoms, development, investment, asset management, construction and landlord & tenant issues. You will receive support and training within a collaborative, open-door environment and opportunities to take part in business development and firm-wide initiatives.

0-3 PQE with a strong academic background
Experience in commercial landlord & tenant disputes preferred; candidates with commercial/civil litigation experience who wish to move into property litigation will be considered
Ability to give concise, commercial advice and manage key dates/trackers
Comfortable handling a varied workload under appropriate supervision
Familiarity with client portals and case management software desirable
Any telecoms experience (either for landowners or operators) advantageous; full training available
Willingness to support team marketing and business development activities
