Solicitor — Real Estate (Finance / Private Credit) — Melbourne

Join a leading international full‑service law firm’s Melbourne real estate team, working on complex real estate finance, development and investment matters. The role offers hands‑on supervision and ongoing training while supporting transactions across the capital stack for banks, investors and developers.

You'll work on significant financings and capital partnering arrangements alongside a market‑leading team, gaining exposure to both debt and equity structures and sophisticated commercial clients.

• Relevant experience in real estate finance and private credit or comparable banking/finance experience
• Strong legal research, drafting and commercial legal analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage competing priorities
