Join a market-leading Regulatory Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team based in Glasgow. This role offers regular client contact, exposure to high-quality instructions and the chance to work on regulatory investigations, prosecutions and fatal accident inquiries.

The successful candidate will work on a busy, varied caseload as part of a team, liaise with regulators and police, and support both defensive and advisory matters. There are opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to business development from an early stage.

Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE (more experienced candidates with relevant regulatory experience considered)
Experience or demonstrable interest in regulatory SHE matters, investigations and prosecutions; court advocacy beneficial
Strong legal drafting, analytical and technical skills
Willingness to travel at short notice; full driving licence required
Ability to manage files, budgets, WIP and meet billing targets; client-facing and business development aptitude
