Join a top-tier Melbourne Banking & Finance team as a Solicitor or Senior Associate focused on securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives/structured products and related financing work. Qualified solicitor with strong experience in banking & finance and exposure to securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives or structured products (specialist or generalist with interest in these areas)
Excellent drafting, analytical and technical legal skills, with experience preparing transaction documents and public disclosure materials
Commercial mindset, strong client service skills and willingness to engage in business development
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and to manage complex matters to deadline
