Staff Attorney, Capital Markets — New York

A New York-based law firm is seeking a staff attorney to join its Capital Markets team with a focus on structured notes and related structured products. The role involves transaction support, document drafting and review, and close collaboration with deal teams on capital markets transactions.

The successful candidate will be admitted to practice in New York and will work in a fast-paced, market-facing practice that handles a range of securities matters involving structured instruments. The position reports into the Capital Markets practice group and offers eligibility for bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Admission to the New York bar (required)
• Experience with structured notes, structured products, or capital markets transactions
• Strong drafting, transactional documentation and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-moving deals and meet tight deadlines
