An established Canadian law firm is seeking staff lawyers to join a dedicated alternative service delivery team in its Ottawa office. The role focuses on efficient, high-volume corporate legal work delivered through an innovative service model.

Typical assignments include document review, due diligence, commercial contract and NDA review, and preparation of legislative updates. Staff lawyers will work closely with firm lawyers across teams and are expected to deliver accurate, client-facing legal support in a fast-paced environment.

Positions are initially offered on a contract basis with potential to transition to a permanent role. The team values attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a client-service mindset.

Called to the Ontario bar / licensed to practise in Ontario
Document review and/or due diligence experience an asset
Background in corporate and commercial law an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
