Staff Lawyer — Corporate (Toronto)

Join an alternative legal service delivery team within a major law firm’s Toronto office. The team handles document- and process-driven corporate work, supporting firm lawyers through focused, efficient legal services.

Typical assignments include document review, due diligence, commercial contract and NDA review, and legislative updates. Staff lawyers collaborate with partners and associates across the firm and are expected to deliver accurate, timely work for internal and external clients.

Positions are initially offered on a contract basis with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

• Called to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Document review and/or due diligence experience an asset
• Background in corporate/commercial law an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Bilingual (English/French) an asset
