A leading law firm is seeking a senior associate (counsel will also be considered) to join its structured capital and fund finance practice. The role is cross-disciplinary and involves collaboration with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions colleagues.

The team represents sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions, including rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), liquidity solutions or net-asset-value (NAV) transactions, private ABS geared to insurance solutions, capital call financings, and management company/GP financings.

The candidate can be based in the New York or Chicago offices.

4+ years of fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience
Experience with or exposure to transactions such as rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations, NAV facilities, private ABS, capital call financings, and management company/GP financings
Strong academic credentials and transactional skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team
