Mid-level associate role on a structured finance team based in Charlotte. The position focuses on securitization, warehouse lending and related structured finance transactions for domestic and international lenders and financial institutions.

Ideal candidates will have recent law firm experience handling mortgage- and asset-backed structures, repurchase/warehouse facilities and related documentation. The team works across RMBS, CMBS, CLO-related and repack-style transactions.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in North Carolina. The office is an equal opportunity employer.

  • 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in structured finance/securitization at a law firm
  • Experience with warehouse lending, repurchase transactions, RMBS/CMBS/CLO or similar securities
  • Strong drafting and transactional experience representing banks or financial institutions
  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar
