Structured Finance Counsel — Finance & Banking

Growing national finance practice is seeking a counsel with significant structured finance experience to join its Structured Finance & Warehouse team. The role involves leading and supporting complex financing and securitization transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Successful candidates will receive active mentoring from senior lawyers and will have opportunities to manage transactions independently and as part of a team. This is a multi-office role; candidates may be resident in New York or Washington, D.C.

• 7+ years post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization, or related complex financing transactions
• Proven ability to lead and support deals and manage multiple concurrent matters
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team; eligible to reside in New York or Washington, D.C.
