Senior real estate lawyer to join a growing Manchester transactional team in a dedicated supervision and development role. The focus is on coaching, reviewing work and improving consistency and quality across landlord & tenant, management, development and investment matters rather than running a personal caseload.

You will work closely with partners and fee-earners to deliver targeted supervision on live matters, design and deliver training, maintain precedents and playbooks, and support knowledge-management and legal-technology initiatives to drive efficiency and consistency across the team.

Minimum 7 years' PQE in private practice or in-house in transactional real estate.
Strong technical background in investment, landlord & tenant, management and development work.
Proven supervisory, coaching and feedback skills with experience supporting trainee and junior lawyers.
Excellent communication; able to convert technical law into practical commercial guidance and contribute to knowledge-management and training projects.
