A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its tax practice. This is a broad transactional tax role, advising on a mix of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international matters.

The position is open across several of the firm's U.S. offices, and candidates may indicate a preferred base location. The work is fast-paced and involves running multiple concurrent matters for sophisticated clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tax associate to take on substantive responsibility within a collaborative, nationally recognized practice.

2–6 years of tax experience, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and/or international transactions
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of motivation and initiative
Excellent client relations skills and experience managing several concurrent matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
LLM preferred but not required
