Tax Associate — Real Estate & REITs (Houston)

We are seeking mid-level (law school class years 2022 and above) associates to join a growing, highly regarded tax practice in Houston. The group handles sophisticated, often novel tax questions for clients across the country, with a particular emphasis on real estate and REIT matters.

The role offers the chance to work on complex, interesting problems in a collaborative team that values creativity and rigorous analysis alongside class-year appropriate technical depth. Candidates should bring both strong fundamentals in tax law and a genuine interest in real estate and REIT structuring.

• Law school class year 2022 or above
• Class-year appropriate knowledge of tax law, including strong research abilities
