An opportunity has arisen for a corporate tax lawyer to join a market-leading Tax and Incentives practice in London. The team advises both UK and international clients on the taxation of business and investment activities, covering corporate, finance, real estate and investment fund taxation, alongside employee incentives, transfer pricing, VAT and tax disputes.

Working as part of a genuinely collaborative, global team, the successful candidate will take on a varied and technically challenging caseload, leading transactions as appropriate and reporting directly to the supervising partner. Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials (minimum 2.1 degree) and excellent written communication and drafting skills
Between 2 and 6 years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent)
Corporate tax experience gained at a top-tier firm preferred
Employee incentive experience beneficial
Outstanding technical ability, strong project management and organisational skills, and a commercial, client-focused approach
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure
