A leading US law firm is seeking a motivated associate to join its dynamic tax practice. The role offers the opportunity to advise on a sophisticated mix of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international tax matters, working alongside a collaborative team on high-profile engagements.

The position is open across multiple US offices, offering flexibility on location. The ideal candidate brings strong academic credentials and a proven ability to manage several concurrent matters while building excellent client relationships.

2–6 years of tax experience, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and/or international transactions
High level of motivation, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent client relations skills and experience handling multiple concurrent matters
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
LLM preferred but not required
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
