Tax Associate — Tax (M&A & Cross-Border)

Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level tax associate to join a national tax practice. The role focuses on advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and international/cross-border tax matters.

Successful candidates will work on concurrent matters across industry sectors and collaborate with deal teams nationwide. Multiple U.S. office locations are options for this position.

• 2–6 years of tax experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international transactions
• Demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent matters and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative and strong academic credentials; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices; candidates may be based in Chicago, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica, or Washington, DC
