We are seeking a talented tax associate to join a dynamic and growing tax practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international tax planning.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of tax experience, with exposure to some combination of M&A, capital markets, and international transactions. You will work closely with clients and other lawyers, handling multiple concurrent matters in a fast-paced environment.

The position can be based in one of several major offices across the United States, offering flexibility and a collaborative culture.

2–6 years of tax experience, including some combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions
High level of motivation, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong client relations skills with experience managing several concurrent matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
LLM preferred but not required
