Tax Attorney (Associate, 2nd–6th Year)

An associate opportunity exists to join a leading tax practice, advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and international/cross-border transactions. The role offers significant responsibility within a collaborative, multi-office team and the chance to handle several concurrent matters for sophisticated clients.

The position is open across multiple US offices, and the group is seeking a self-motivated attorney with strong problem-solving ability and a track record of client-relations success.

• 2–6 years of tax experience
• Background advising on M&A, capital markets, and/or international transactions
• High motivation, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong client-relations skills and ability to manage several concurrent matters
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• LLM preferred, but not required
