Tax Associate — Tax (M&A & Cross‑Border)

Leading national tax practice seeks a mid-level associate to advise on tax matters across mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and cross-border transactions. The role involves structuring, transactional tax work and collaborating with deal teams on domestic and international matters.

• 2–6 years of tax experience, with exposure to M&A, capital markets and/or international transactions
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience managing multiple concurrent matters
• Excellent client-relations and teamwork skills
