An international firm is seeking a Tax Junior Associate to join its Milan tax team with a primary focus on transactional tax. The role will involve advising on corporate, financial and real estate taxation, supporting M&A transactions and handling VAT matters across domestic and cross-border deals.

The team advises corporates, financial institutions and sponsors on tax structuring, transaction execution and strategic planning. The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile matters and opportunities for professional development within a global platform.

Degree in Law
1–2 years' post-qualification experience in transactional tax
Experience advising on M&A, corporate and real estate tax and VAT
Strong English (C1) and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
