Tax Partner — Raleigh

Leading national law firm is recruiting an experienced Tax partner to join its Raleigh office. The role will lead and grow the tax practice locally, advise middle‑market and institutional clients on complex tax planning and controversy matters, and work closely with other practice groups on cross‑disciplinary matters.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, take responsibility for client development, and play a central role in expanding the firm’s regional tax platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in federal, state, and transactional tax planning and/or tax controversy matters at partner level
• Proven client origination and business development ability; experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
