Tax Partner — Tampa

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tampa tax practice. The role will focus on providing sophisticated federal and state tax planning, controversy and transactional advice to corporate and high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will join an existing team of tax attorneys and work on cross-office matters with national and regional colleagues. This is an opportunity to build and lead client engagements while contributing to practice growth in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in complex tax planning and controversy matters
• Strong client development record and ability to collaborate on multi-jurisdictional matters
