A leading law firm seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join its Technology group in Silicon Valley.

The successful candidate will represent technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings. Associates work in collaborative teams while managing substantial components of transactions independently.

Class of 2025 law graduate
General experience working in teams and independently managing substantial transaction components
Specific experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, M&A, and/or private and public offerings
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
Deal sheet required
