Technology Corporate Associate

An Am Law 20 firm is seeking a junior associate to join its Technology group in San Francisco. The role involves representing technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will handle early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment alongside lawyers across multiple practice areas and geographies.

• Class of 2025 law school graduate
• General experience working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently
• Specific experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, M&A, and/or public offerings
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
• Deal sheet required
