Toxic Tort Litigation Attorney — New York

Experienced litigation attorney wanted for a national firm’s New York toxic tort practice. The role focuses on defending complex general liability and product liability matters across all phases of litigation.

The team handles high-volume defense work with opportunities to take substantive roles at deposition, motion practice and trial. The group values strong legal writing, research and courtroom experience and supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in general liability; toxic tort experience strongly preferred
• Proven deposition, motion and trial experience as lead or second counsel
• Clerkship or law‑review experience preferred; excellent academic credentials
• Admission to practice in New York required; New Jersey admission a plus
