Toxic Tort Attorney — Litigation — New York

Experienced litigation attorney position within a national toxic tort / general liability group based in New York. The team handles complex product- and exposure-related litigation across multiple jurisdictions and seeks attorneys to contribute at the trial, motion and deposition stages.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in general liability; toxic tort experience preferred
• Proven deposition, motion and trial experience as lead or second counsel
