Senior-role opportunity within a national intellectual property practice advising on trade mark filing, prosecution, oppositions and related non-contentious and contentious work. The team works across brand protection, domain and copyright issues, and supports cross-border portfolios for clients in multiple sectors.

The role offers exposure to a broad IP360 service offering, with opportunities to develop advisory skills, handle oppositions and collaborate with litigation and transactional specialists. Hybrid working is available, with flexibility to be based in London, Leeds, Manchester or Belfast.

Successful candidates will be expected to deliver commercially focused, practical advice, manage competing priorities, and contribute to business development and client relationship-building.

  • 3–5 years post-qualification experience as a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Commercial, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to engage in business development
  • Experience acting for brand owners, corporates or clients in media/advertising preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and everyday digital tools
