Transactions and Business Advisory Attorney

A global legal practice is seeking motivated and dynamic attorneys to join its transactions and business advisory practice. The team operates nationally across a broad range of markets, with opportunities available in multiple U.S. offices.

The role involves advising clients on a variety of transactions and business advisory matters, with a focus on commercial contracts. The firm supports professional growth through significant business development training, dedicated associate and partner mentors, and a firm-wide associate committee.

This is a full-time, permanent position offered on a hybrid working pattern, with a competitive compensation and benefits package and a 1920-hour requirement.

• Licensed to practice in Delaware; additional state admissions are a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant transactions and business advisory experience
• Strong commercial contracts background
