We are seeking an antitrust associate to join a busy Washington, DC antitrust & competition practice. The role involves advising on US antitrust laws across complex corporate and litigation matters, including merger reviews, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, private enforcement, and regulatory counseling.

The team handles high‑stakes domestic and cross‑border matters for sophisticated corporate clients and interacts regularly with government agencies. The successful candidate will work on deal clearance and litigation matters, collaborating with senior lawyers and multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum 3 years of antitrust experience at a nationally recognized law firm or in a federal government agency
Preferably experience with merger clearance and agency proceedings

Clear, persuasive verbal communication and client-facing abilities
Well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
