Senior lateral opening for an antitrust and competition partner to join a busy regional practice in Philadelphia. The role will involve leading complex merger control, cartel defense and competition litigation matters across industry sectors and working with a cross-office team of antitrust lawyers.

The successful candidate will take a lead role on client engagements, supervise associates, and help grow the practice through business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established antitrust practice with significant partner-level experience
• Proven track record in merger control, cartel defense, or competition litigation
