Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Litigation & Corporate, Philadelphia

Seeking a partner to join a major international firm’s Philadelphia team to lead antitrust and competition matters across both litigation and transactional work. The role combines client-facing litigation experience with transactional antitrust counseling and cross-practice collaboration on corporate deals.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, develop new business, and work closely with corporate and litigation colleagues on complex matters for U.S. and multinational clients. This position offers a platform to expand a practice within an established, full-service firm.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level antitrust and competition experience on both litigation and transactional matters
• Track record of client development and ability to lead a team
• Bar admission and ability to practice in Pennsylvania
