A leading national litigation practice is seeking an experienced appellate attorney to join as Counsel or Senior Counsel, with the role open across several California offices. The position sits within a broad, active litigation group and focuses on appellate advocacy and strategy.

The attorney will handle appellate work arising from trial-level matters, develop and execute appellate strategy, draft briefs, and present argument, while advising trial teams on preserving and framing issues for review. Collaboration with litigators across practices and offices is expected.

Demonstrated appellate experience, including brief drafting and oral argument
Background in complex civil litigation with an emphasis on appellate advocacy
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Admission to practice in California
Ability to work effectively across multiple offices and litigation teams
