Join a growing asset finance team in Miami focused on cross-border structured and equipment-finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on aircraft finance and leasing. You will work on drafting, negotiating and executing credit facilities, lease and security documentation, sale and purchase agreements and related transactional documents.

The role is highly collaborative: you will partner with colleagues across capital markets, M&A, restructuring and regulatory teams on multidisciplinary project matters. Expect early client-facing responsibility, exposure to innovative product development and involvement in transaction execution from negotiation through closing.

We are looking for a commercially minded junior associate who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple matters under pressure. The position reports to senior lawyers within the practice and offers strong mentoring and development opportunities.

Minimum 2 years' experience in aircraft finance and leasing or equivalent asset-finance experience
Juris Doctor (or foreign equivalent); admitted to the Florida Bar or able to obtain admission
Strong drafting, analytical, verbal and project-management skills; excellent attention to detail
Commercial awareness, good judgment and a client-service mindset; team-player with a strong work ethic
Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly preferred
