An international law firm is seeking an associate to join its growing Seattle office, focusing on a broad range of liability and insurance matters. The practice handles insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, underinsured motorist defense, premises liability, trucking and transportation claims, and employment and property disputes.

The role involves taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and developing case strategies. The associate will also report directly to insurance carrier clients and insureds, and prepare cases for trial or mediation.

Admitted to practice in Washington state
Civil litigation experience
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
