Join a busy Seattle insurance defense team handling a broad mix of liability and coverage matters, including bad-faith and coverage disputes, catastrophic injury and wrongful-death cases, uninsured/underinsured motorist (UIM) defense, premises and transportation claims, and related employment and property disputes.

The role involves full civil‑litigation casework: taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and document review, conducting legal research, developing case strategy, preparing matters for trial, and providing timely reports to insurer clients and insureds.

Admission to practice in Washington state.
Civil litigation experience, preferably with insurance-defense matters.
