A leading US law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Products Liability practice group in Los Angeles. The role involves all phases of products liability litigation, from case investigation and early evaluation through discovery and dispositive motions.

The successful candidate will draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage written discovery, depositions, and document review; and analyze technical materials such as product schematics, CAD drawings, and engineering reports. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design specifications is essential.

This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated products liability matters within a collaborative team environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Licensed to practice law in California
Working knowledge of CAD tools and computer-aided manufacturing, gained through experience or education
Strong litigation skills, including drafting, discovery, and case management
Ability to analyze technical and engineering materials
