Join a strongly growing international leveraged finance team at the forefront of the market. The group advises debt funds, banks, and private equity investors across the full lifecycle of mid-cap private equity transaction financings.

You will help clients structure appropriate financing strategies and structures, draft and negotiate the full range of financing documentation, and coordinate with clients, international counsel, and debt advisors to bring transactions to a successful close. The role involves significant transactional management and close international collaboration.

Two state examinations, at least one with the grade 'vollbefriedigend'
Very good English language skills
Excellent communication skills and commercial understanding
A team player
First international experience preferred
