Top-tier international law firm in New York is seeking a junior to mid-level associate for its Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. The role will work on both in‑court Chapter 11 matters and out‑of‑court restructurings across a range of industries.

The team handles complex, high‑profile restructurings alongside cross‑disciplinary firm resources; the position is a hands‑on role offering significant courtroom and negotiated‑restructuring exposure.

The position is based in New York. The listed associate salary range is $225,000–$435,000 depending on class year.

• 2–3 years post‑qualified experience in bankruptcy/restructuring (clerkship experience welcomed)
• Experience with both in‑court (Chapter 11) and out‑of‑court restructurings
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and ability to manage complex matters
