Mid-Senior Associate - Alternative Investments, Liability Management & Debt Restructurings (New York)

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join a leading finance and banking practice in New York, focusing on alternative investments, liability management transactions, and the finance aspects of debt restructurings. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters for a diverse client base.

The role involves advising on liability management transactions, including exchange offers, tender offers, and consent solicitations, as well as providing finance counsel in debt restructuring scenarios. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across practices and gain significant responsibility in a dynamic environment.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $320,000 to $455,000, commensurate with experience.

• Mid-to-senior level associate with expertise in liability management transactions or the finance aspects of debt restructurings.
• Experience in alternative investments or lending is advantageous.
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
