Associate — Capital Markets (Agency CMBS Securitizations) — New York

Top-tier New York capital markets team seeks an associate with experience on agency CMBS securitizations. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation for commercial mortgage loan securitizations and supporting complex deal closings.

Day-to-day work will include handling pooling and servicing agreements, offering documents, mortgage loan purchase and certificate purchase agreements, placement agency agreements, legal opinions and related contracts, and coordinating the closing process. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and collaborative team skills are essential.

• 3–6 years' experience in capital markets/CMBS securitizations
• Experience drafting and negotiating PSAs, offering documents, purchase agreements, placement agency agreements and legal opinions
• Proven experience managing complex transaction closings
• Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
