Join a leading global capital markets team in Chicago as a 2nd–4th year associate focused on public company and securities work. The group advises on a full range of capital raising transactions and ongoing securities compliance, working with sophisticated issuers, sponsors and underwriters across domestic and cross‑border matters.

The role offers exposure to IPOs, follow‑on equity offerings, debt and high‑yield transactions, direct listings and related public company matters, supported by a centralized securities team. You will work on deal execution, drafting disclosure documents and advising on listing and SEC/regulatory issues.

Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in capital markets or public company securities work
Practical experience with IPOs, equity and/or debt offerings and public company disclosure
Strong drafting and deal‑execution skills and comfort with SEC/regulatory issues
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted
