We are seeking a Capital Markets associate (NQ–2 PQE) to join a busy Hong Kong team advising on cross‑border DCM and ECM transactions across Asia and internationally. The role offers regular exposure to bond issuances, MTN programmes, regulatory capital instruments, hybrid and structured debt, and selected equity‑linked work.

You will draft and negotiate offering documentation, subscription and underwriting agreements and programme documentation, advise on Hong Kong and offshore listing and securities law requirements, liaise with regulators and counterparties, and work closely with international offices on multi‑jurisdictional deals.

This is a technically focused role with strong client contact, a clear path for developing a well‑rounded capital markets practice, and opportunities to participate in business development and client meetings.

Qualified lawyer (Hong Kong, England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction preferred)
NQ–2 years’ PQE with capital markets experience (DCM experience preferred)
Experience at a top‑tier international or leading regional firm
Strong drafting, analytical and transaction execution skills; commercial and solutions‑focused mindset
Fluent English and native Mandarin; excellent communication and organisational skills
