Join a leading international capital markets team in Frankfurt to advise on public and private equity and debt transactions. You will work on matters such as IPOs, capital increases, private placements, corporate bond issuances (including high‑yield), convertibles/hybrid instruments and capital markets aspects of takeovers and corporate transactions.

You will be integrated into deal teams, receive systematic training in capital markets law and quickly take on autonomous responsibility for transactional and regulatory work. The role involves working with national and international clients including corporates, banks, asset managers and investors.

Law degree with above‑average academic performance
Strong legal drafting and analytical skills, with an interest in transactional work
Excellent English (written and spoken)
