Mid-level capital markets associate role on a national Capital Markets/Public Companies team. The position is based in New York (exceptional candidates in Silicon Valley may be considered) and offers hands-on responsibility across equity, debt and convertible securities transactions.

The role focuses on active deal execution: drafting and reviewing offering documents and SEC filings, coordinating diligence and timelines, advising on securities law and reporting matters, and communicating with underwriters and opposing counsel. Strong client interaction and ownership of transaction workstreams are expected.

The team offers a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with lean deal teams that provide significant exposure to complex capital markets work and accelerated development toward senior responsibilities.

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
3–5 years' capital markets experience (public securities offerings; equity, debt and convertible transactions)
Experience representing issuers and underwriters; strong working knowledge of U.S. securities laws and exchange rules
Proven ability to manage day-to-day execution of transactions with minimal supervision
Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility); California bar acceptable for Silicon Valley candidates
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
